Richmond Refugee Dialogue
CEMiHR is a member of the Richmond Refugee Dialogue. The Richmond Refugee Dialogue is a group of organizational leaders from over 80 migrant-serving government and non-governmental agencies, working together to enrich migrants’ experiences in the Greater Richmond Area.
Mission Statement
The mission of this group is to connect people, resources, and ideas that will support the resettlement of refugees in the Richmond area. Together, this group hopes to:
- Share resources and ideas that will support individual volunteers and families
- Streamline communication between resettlement agencies and community partners
- Collaborate and coordinate on projects and programs that will benefit newly resettled families and reduce the strain on resources for one organization
- Provide opportunities to learn how to better serve diverse communities
